Q. On a serious note, the hit that Christian took that was after the whistle, is that something you felt needed to be brought to the attention of the Big Ten, and have you done anything along those lines? COACH O'BRIEN: You know, I don't do those things, Mark.
I really don't. What I do is maybe after the season‑‑ you know, I don't cry about spilt milk. Whether I agree with it or not, it doesn't matter. I play by the rules. We all play by the rules.
I think that that‑‑ there was‑‑ you know, the whistle blew. I don't think that was a dirty play at all. I'm not sure the guy heard the whistle. It's a very loud stadium, and he kept going. It wasn't anything that was dirty. So I didn't really point anything out. I just felt that that was just an unfortunate thing that happened.
But Christian, I think he's a tough kid. He's fine.

Right after the game, he claimed Hack got hurt on the play and couldn't throw after despite Hack throwing a laser on the next play. It's nice he's acting like a man after a few days, but he was being a bitch right after the game

Yep. I heard that on here and on BWI. Well, they didn't say BO'B was acting like a little bitch - I just inferred that. But I was hoping to see that he's still whining about it. He's either changed his mind or he's conducting himself better.

Yes, it was a false start by his left tackle. Bosa didn't hear the whistle, lol.

Neither did most of PedSU's Olinemen......

O'Buttchin was suggesting after the game that is where Hack was injured, but it occurred on PedSU's first drive of the game and Hack played well into the 3rd quarter. I'm thinking he was yanked more to avoid an injury than because if one. Just more of the "Poor me" vicitm mentality.....

The pressure is getting to O'Brien. He sees his team is getting very thin all over the place and is having a hard time putting a good product on the field. And maybe we are seeing his true nature. After all, he is a Belicheck disciple. And Belicheck is a known whiner.

I noticed that, too. Hackenberg may have been the only one who stopped on the play. Also, the way Penn State fans make it, it was blown dead and then 5-10 seconds later, after everyone else quit on the play, Bosa hit Hackenberg. But no, it was 1-2 seconds at most, and like you said, Penn State's linemen were still trying to block.

I'm pretty sure it happened after the Buckeyes' first interception, and maybe even after the second. But either way, it was in the first quarter.

BOB's stock peaked at the end of last year. Those NFL offers may be few in coming.

And he played it well. He leveraged it into the massive Charlie Weisesque raise and extension, and he'll be able to use the sanctions as an excuse for on-field performance for at least another four years. So, he's probably looking at at least six years of guaranteed employment and a big buyout should they ever whack him.
