It's not depth and it's not talent. It's BOB. He's not putting this team in position to win. He's putting the burden on a freshman when he should be riding out his stable of running backs.
I bet a Paterno offense would have won. It wouldn't have been pretty. No style points. Probably boring and plain but it would have been enough to win.
Say what you will about talent on this team, but, and this was repeated ad nausem, the old S&C was super ineffective and a liability and Paterno would be playing less talented players with more experience over the more talented players so I feel like in terms of sanctions and players it's a wash. But, Paterno's offensive philosophy won the games they should have won and lost to superior coaching and talent. Bradley's bend don't break was maddening, but he had the ability to make adjustments at halftime that put the team in a winning position.
No No No........not this time. They lost because IU rigged the field! That's just stupid. The BIG refs are why they lost, they did everything they could to help their favorite team...INDIANA.
I bet a Paterno win would have been vacated.Emphasis added.JoePa cultist said:I bet a Paterno offense would have won. It wouldn't have been pretty. No style points. Probably boring and plain but it would have been enough to win.

God I hope they run him off and bring Jay Pa in. That would be poetic. A self imposed program destruction. Please.
