In 2011, Powers again heard reporters were asking about Sandusky. After the Patriot-News story broke in 2011, Penn State lawyer Cynthia Baldwin told Powers there was nothing to say, because this was the fourth grand jury investigating Sandusky, and none had found a reason to press charges before. Trustees have previously said Baldwin gave them a similar explanation.

Easy - he told his boss. He told campus security. He asked Sandusky to not do that stuff anymore; at least, not on PSU property. What else is he supposed to do?

Of course,
He waited until the weekend was over to talk to anyone.
He promoted McQueary to a position coach (from graduate assistant).
He woke up EVERY DAY and made the decision to not find out what happened with Sandusky. EVERY FLIPPING DAY.
Burn in hell, Joe.

He also NEVER bothered to find out who that boy was and whether he needed medical or counseling help or what became of him.

Why would you allow a coach to "horse play" in a shower with young boys? And just what do they think goes on in an "athletic atmosphere," Greco - Roman wrestling meets in authentic costume?

See, that's what I've had an issue with this entire time. All of the PSU faithful tried in vain to blow it off as just Jerry showering with these boys, like it happened all the time and was no big deal. Where else is it perfectly acceptable for a middle-aged man to shower with a young boy?
