The Emerald Isle will, apparently, again open its shores to NCAA football. UCF has finalized an agreement to play Penn State in Ireland in 2014, a source with knowledge of the deal told the Sentinel. Organizers will make an official announcement with details about the game on Sunday, the source said. The game will be played at Croke Park in Dublin. Travel packages for fans will be unveiled in conjunction with Sunday's announcement. Croke Park has a history dating back more than 100 years. Located in north Dublin, the stadium has a capacity of 82,300 and is home of the Gaelic games. Knights coach George O???Leary has spoken publicly about the trip, noting during a fan event in May that the game would be "a great experience for our program."

I've been out of the rCash betting game for a few years, but seriously...seriously, considering dropping a large sum of cash on Under 8 1/2 wins this year for PoSU. May even go down to under 8 wins even.

Seriously. 8 ain't happening this year, even with my predicted 4-0 start.

This Ziegler character is a complete lunatic. He posts a deposition that was supposedly new information uncovered from 2011. In the transcript Paterno admits to being told about and inappropriate sexual act witnessed by McQueary in 2001. They ask Paterno several times and he maintains that he was told "sexual act with a minor in a shower..." Most people wouldn't try to parse the words but Ziegler spends the rest of the blog post twisting the words in an effort to convince people that Paterno didn't really mean "sexual act" when we gave the deposition and that McQueary is a liar.

So if I read this right, the cultists would rather believe that they had a coach gambling on college football, as long as it gets Paterno one step closer to being exonerated? Yep, no culture problems there.

If you haven't been paying attention, the cultists would prefer to turn the television on and see the CNN helicopters showing scenes of the bodies of dead boys being exhumed from the crawl space of the University President's house if that would somehow make JoePed the good guy in all of this.

They will burn their own university to the fucking ground to protect the saintly image of the godhead.

They WOULD burn the university to the ground, but they'd much rather just find out that Sandusky can be found innocent, due to some outrageous loophole in the justice system, if it means Paterno gets his 409 wins and his name back on the trophy, and his statue back, etc. They'd be THRILLED to send their own children to Sandusky's house with no responsible supervision for a night, if it gets them closer to getting Paterno his "rightful place" at the top of Mount Olympus. If that can't happen, THEN they'll burn the university down.
