John Ziegler -- who interviewed Sandusky for a documentary he hopes will clear Joe Paterno's name -- announced yesterday he planned to reveal the identity of Sandusky's victim #2 because the man's biography is central to the Sandusky case.

Paterno Apologist Reveals Identity Of One Of Jerry Sandusky's Victims, Says He Was Hacked
We told you yesterday about filmmaker John Ziegler's lunatic shouting tour to promote his jailhouse interview with Jerry Sandusky. Ziegler had hoped to use that interview to help rescue Joe Paterno and other Penn State officials from allegations that they covered up Jerry Sandusky's sex crimes against children. That effort has backfired spectacularly.

Ziegler's plan, which included airing portions of the Sandusky interview on television, was so misguided even the Paterno family has distanced themselves from him. Another part of that plan called for revealing the name of the victim from the infamous 2001 Penn State shower episode. Ziegler eventually reconsidered, but then it was posted on his site anyway, where it remained for several hours. In the text, the victim's first name appeared five times, his last name once, and the name also showed up for a while in the URL link to a separate document. Ziegler admitted he made a "stupid mistake," but he also claimed that his websites "were immediately hit with a massive and coordinated cyber attack" that initially prevented him from making post-publication edits.

Cliffnotes version:
Monday - Ziegler threatens to out victim #2.
Tuesday - Ziegler 'accidentally' posts a document with said victims' name listed multiple times. Then claims he was unable to take it down because unknown hackers picked that exact moment to attack his site.

Sure he tried to extort Victim #2, but he didn't really mean it. THe fact that he later went on to in fact out Victim #2 was an accident and completely coincidental.

How much of a laughing stock has Ziegler become? Even the cult faithful turned on him...

Dear Mr. Ziegler,
We all want the truth, John. We really do. I want the truth. You want the truth. The Paternos want the truth. My fellow students want the truth. Your followers want the truth. Your haters want the truth. Everyone wants the truth.
Alas, you already knew that. You injected yourself into this mess early on and waged a year-long media crusade that featured animated YouTube videos, dozens of radio appearances, and even interviews with Jerry Sandusky himself. Consequently, this campaign to exonerate Joe Paterno built you a solid following along the way — a following that essentially propelled you to appearances on primetime TV as of late.

But this week, the wheels fell off. The Paternos — the family of the man who you have strived so hard to defend over the past year — rapidly (and justifiably) distanced themselves from you during the last 72 hours beginning on Sunday night. Next came the Today Show interview and the shouting match with Piers Morgan on Monday, which, in all honesty, I wasn’t overly irked by.

But then you crossed the line yesterday when you released the statement that essentially blackmailed Victim 2 into speaking with you (which I hope he didn’t respond to). Sixteen months into this scandal and you’re threatening victims into talking — how civil of you. If victim shaming is the price of the truth, I honestly don’t know if I want the truth anymore. Do you understand how deranged that is?

The Real Truth Behind My Victim 2 Story
I have made a lot of mistakes during this process of trying to correct the historical record about what really happened at Penn State regarding the Jerry Sandusky scandal. I have also been right about a lot of issues which no one else has had the guts to say. One thing is for sure however, I have never lied. I am a lot things, good and bad, but anyone who knows me at all knows that “liar” is not on the list of legitimate descriptions.

So, as I have been brutally and unfairly attacked by major outlets in nearly every way, almost exactly as I predicted days before I went on the Today Show (an appearance on which I almost bailed at several moments in the days just before the appearance, including when I was getting out of the limo to enter the studio), the one hit piece that I wish to respond to at this time is from “Onward State” because it accuses me of being a liar.

It also does so, much like the vast majority of the gutless media, without even having the courtesy to speak to me first and claims that I concocted an entire scenario to hide the fact that I wanted to “out” victim of child sex abuse.

Yes, this sick cult will go to ANY length or depth of depravity to justify their love for some dead pedophile-enabler. ANY length, including speculation that the pedophile himself is INNOCENT, just to protect Joe pedterno (RIH).

Anyway, here is the latest gem from that cesspool of subhuman gathering otherwise known as BWI. I wish Rivals would cut them off entirely, they are an embarrassment to the internet.

Did Joe Paterno have his character assassinated the same way George Zimmerman is now being vilified by a corrupt media that exists today in America. Has America become a nation of stupid people listening to, and believing, the media, a group of people who will tell any lie to make money. The utter [censored]ing hypocrisy of the cult is mind numbing. Where was the hatred of the corrupt media when they lionized Paterno and fed the myth that he was so much purer and better than the rest of college athletics for three [censored]ing decades? Where was this distrust of a "corrupt" ncaa when they were cheering on every investigation of every school as validation of JoePed's Grand Experiment?

God I hate these [censored]ing people. I'd seriously send my kid to the Fredo or aggy cults before letting him get anywhere near that lunatic asylum.
