Re: Obvious Comment on Corbett Reply

Tom Corbett should be impeached based on the following LEGAL ISSUE - "He has violated his oath of office to support the PA & Federal Constitution".

It is "more than reasonable to assume" that on the basis of the Sandusky Scandal alone that Tom Corbett has abused his power as AG and then Governor. This abuse is based on his promotion of personally guided mis-information that (1) denied a citizen(s) his/their constitutional rights under the law and (2) has promoted the destruction of a University - PSU - based on a set of coordinated, politically engineered abuse of his governmental influences. These abuses are easily linked to motives of a personal (and potentially criminal cover-up) agenda.

PLEASE......DO NOT CONSIDER this an idle "crackpot" conspiracy theory - just follow the INDIVIDUALS that have influenced the public perceptions (and therefore the mis-information) of this case and cross-tab them to Tom Corbett. It is MATHEMATICALLY AMAZING!!!

It used to be the "hint of impropriety" by a public official was enough to get you removed from office. Now that is obviously no longer the case.

But in spite of today's abandonment of integrity in elected leaders, TOM CORBETT exceeds even our most MINIMAL STANDARDS for public officials.

JUST STOP AND OBJECTIVELY LOOK AT THE POLITICAL "INCEST of characters" that Corbett as assembled in the Sandusky Crimes.

It is impossible to defend that this cast of characters was selected for their "value" to obtain "justice". The inescapable fact is they have been involved as political payoff to Corbett and for their ability to promote the mis-information that Corbett wants the public to believe. A governor that promotes his PERSONAL-POLITICAL AGENDA ONLY. Check his oath of office! THIS IS NOT ALLOWED!!

At VERY LEAST - he is instrumental in engineering a continuous abuse of power. That abuse of his office and contacts can easily be seen as CRIMINAL in its purpose and intent.

This man must be FEDERALLY investigated as his involvement in "Sex Abuse" cases like Penn State has an multiple case MO that can not be defended with the lame excuses of "leaks, under staffing, misunderstandings and mis-statements". If he is truly "innocent" of what I have stated above, Tom Corbett HIMSELF will request a FULL FEDERAL INVESTIGATION!. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH to have him take any action to validate his actions from ANYONE unless he pulls the strings to their work!!!!!
THIS MAN NEEDS TO GO NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

posted today...after he has already been jailed for how many weeks..

Beautiful. Do they realize that Sanduskey was found not guilty for the parts with McQueary? I'm no lawyer or detective or anything else that lets me claim to be an expert. But I did watch Law and Order last night, and I'm pretty sure that that means the entire incident involving McQueary has no bearing on the fate of Sanduskey. In the eyes of the law, the McQueary stuff never happened. You can argue all you want over what did or didn't happen, what McQueary did or didn't see, what McQueary should or shouldn't have done - it has nothing to do with how long Sanduskey will be in prison. If McQueary is making the whole thing up, Sanduskey would have been found guilty on all counts he was charged for. The only difference that I can see is that maybe Joe Paterno would have been allowed to coach those last few games - including a bowl game. But those wins that he may have gotten would also would have been vacated in July.

Penn Staters: I think you're crazy for barking up any of these trees. But carry on if you must. But even I can see that this tree is not the right tree.

(Note: assuming McQueary story is correct, this issue is very important to the tragedy that befell the victim. I am not trying to trivialize the impact on his life.)

Was looking for something else, but stumbled across this.
We need to get the person who came up with this a GPA...

Note where Ped State is on the Grid...

College Football's Grid of Shame

The 2012 college-football season has arrived at last. Starting Thursday, 124 teams from Massachusetts to Hawaii will battle for glory on the field, while trying to minimize the damage they cause off of it.

To rate their prospects for success in both respects, The Wall Street Journal presents its second-annual Grid of Shame.

And if this is supposed to be for 2012, why is Ohio State embarrassing to its fans? 2011, I could understand, but 2012, we're over all that.

tOSU is banned from going to a bowl this year and has scholarship reductions for the next few years. That makes tOSU more "embarrassing" than 97% of the schools out there. Besides, they probably spent less than 1 min/team on this.

I'm pretty sure they went with the dartboard approach on this. Tell the thrower the school and put the dart in the general area where they think the school should fall. Too bad the PSU dart missed the board, but at least it didn't hit the floor vent the thrower was aiming for.
