Maybe State Penn can get "The Situation" to walk on?

I mean if Moxie can start at QB, they can surely find a position for The Situation....

I seriously have to wonder how many trolls are plying their trade on BWI. I know of five: myself, another Buckeye and a child of the corn from BP and two Shagsters. What are the odds that we're the only ones over there. I just laugh at the thought that 90% of us are all trolls just trolling each other.

BTW, they're in full meltdown mode over the Johnson decommit. One can only imagine what happens when the news about Hackenberg breaks.

I think there are a few parody trolls but I see a lot of the same names that were there 5 years ago minus people like Marsh, Cronk and a few other reasonable regulars. Fortunately those people are pro-NCAA and Erickson but as a result they were basically forced off BWI by the cult. Lubrano called Marsh out - posted his real name and contact info and told everyone that he was not even a PSU grad (apparently went 3 years then transferred). Then he offered to meet him somewhere to "settle their differences"

This actually happened, folks. Let that sink in. A BoT member did that...on a message board. They're a fucking carnie college.

Uh oh. The pedster are claiming extortion by the NCAA against Penn State and it is hurting the real victims here, you know, the football fans.

I agree with Truth. I won't lie, I looked up extortion and it absolutely fits what happened to PSU.

This is essentially what was said "Take our punishment and sign off on your right to appeal it, or we will monetarily destroy Penn State and the surrounding community"

That is extortion.

If you read the OTL piece of ESPN, you'll see what the PSU lawyer described as a "cram-down". here is the exact quote from the article:

This moment didn't feel like the beginning of a negotiation to Marsh. "In federal bankruptcy court," he says, "there is a concept of a cram-down -- a judge tells creditors, 'Here's the deal, this is all you are going to get, a few pennies on the dollar, and you should be happy with that.' You know, take it or leave it, because you don't really have any choice.
"Well, this was the NCAA equivalent of a cram-down."
NO SIR, this wasn't a cram down, this is called extortion. A threat of harm if you don't do what you're told.

What are these people going to do when every appeal and lawsuit are shot down? Will they then try to blame everyone else in the USA as part of the "Grand Conspiracy" to keep Penn State down?

This is why other NCAA members proposed to shut it totally down for a while to let them cool off and come back to reality.

Bingo. Emmert's biggest mistake was not doing exactly that. Instead, he tried to give them a break, and yet those idiots are too dumb to realize they got just about the best deal that they could have, given the circumstances. God, I hope the NCAA reps who were really pushing for the death penalty are paying attention to this clownish behavior on the part of PSU's BoT, alumns, etc. and get Emmert to revisit the death penalty decision.
