And Justin Brown is going to OU officially.

Let's here the PSU ped defenders state that he sucks, they didn't want him anyways, their backups are better, etc.

So, we're to the point now where:

Ped Aggy's pick six machine walk-on QB will be operating behind a porous OL, and trying to throw to a bunch of lightly recruited receivers who have hardly seen the field. Well, I guess they'll just have to lean on their running ga...oh, shit...my bad. That transferred to USC. Well, at least they have that New England schematic advantage going for them. Every Belichick disciple has been a smashing success...wait, shit...that's wrong too. Well, at least they still have the Rail...even if they didn't win that game.

WE ARE...

...IN DEEP SHIT.

will fuller, psu's 4-star wide receiver commit, is on a visit to notre dame this weekend. he reaffirmed his commitment to psu just last week.

That reaffirmation was a Kool-Aid festival. Those kids had little choice but to scream "WE ARE!!!"

Once they start playing HS ball and remembering what it is like to compete FOR something the wheels will turn. When Hack falls - and he will (Fuller is his only WR in this class) - that will be a fun day on BWI. He is the icon of their future. They love Breneman - who will likely stay - but you don't build a program around a TE.

I don't think it's a given any of the top players will stay once the wheels start coming off. :tongue2:

According to the latest article from ESPiN, Ped State President Erickson will retire before the end of the year. I wonder if this won't trigger another round of BOT/Paterno family maneuvering to re-negotiate the sanctions. I would not be shocked if lawyers got involved. Ped State obviously is not going to stand for the sanctions as presented currently. They will keep pushing. Cults die hard. More fun to come!

They really are die hards....

Do they honestly think there going to be good this year?

Does there coach have any head coaching exp at all? They seem to think he could take a highschool roster and win a NC. They do realize he couldn't have been that valued in NE when he was replaced before he even decided to leave.... LOL.

Not one transfer is going to be missed, they have better already... I never root for a BTen team to get beat out of conference.... Till now, I can say if they loss everygame by 30 points I don't think it would be bad enough of a season for them.

They have lost a lot of fire power on offense and they didn't have much to begin with.
On defense I believe they have to replace their entire secondary. Uh Oh! They are going to have trouble scoring. Their defense may help them a bit but a strong passing attack will give them fits. And if they get injuries the wheels will come off quick.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't 5-6 coaches turn down PSU before Bill O' Buttchin accepted the position? To me, it'd seem like they lost out on all the coaches that would have a modicum of talent, and simply picked the guy that would take the reins of what was likely to be a failing team with no upside.

Re: NCAA President Mark A. Emmert called Penn State President Rodney A. Erickson and told him the majority of the NCAA's Division I board of directors -- 18 university presidents -- had coalesced around a decision: Shut down Penn State's football program for four years.

Interesting article on how Penn State avoided a 4 year "death penalty".

http://espn.go.com/espn/otl/story/_...-brought-penn-state-football-brink-extinction

The last few paragraphs made me want to throw up. After everything that has happened, the BOT, the highest leadership of PSU, thinks the penalties are too harsh and JoePed is still a man of honor? Instead of taking their medicine and admitting their university allowed horrible things to happen for years, they still fight it and claim jealousy is what caused the penalties. Burn that place down. Between this and the pep rallies and the white out shit still going on, they don't deserve to have football as a crutch anymore.

You dare to question a Belichick disciple, especially one with such coaching experience as Bangin' O'Buttcheeks? I mean, he's been a head coach at....oh, wait....nowhere. He was a great OC at....Duke?

Oh...but he went to Brown. And all Ped State coaches who went to Brown are guaranteed successes, right? Especially with no talent.

Yeah, I think a lot of teams are scared of Bangin' O'Buttcheeks.

state penn picked up another late addition to the 2012 class: rb colin bryan from pennsylvania. he doesn't have a scout or rivals profile, so there is not too much to find out about him. what i do know is that he wasn't offered by any division 1 team; however, i do know that st. francis, carnegie mellon, and georgetown looked at him but didn't offer. also, he comes from the smallest division in pennsylvania, so keep that in mind when watching the video.

we are... desperate.
