Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

I'm more of a Christ on the Cross kind of guy myself.

They just wanted to kill PSU for no other reason than being vindictiveReply These people are absolutely drunk with power. I am starting to see parallels here with Nazi Germany.

Is he saying that the showers in Nazi Germany and the ones at PSU were both unsafe?

What gets to me are all the threads on their boards that call for an NCAA investigation whenever an NCAA athlete is accused of a crime.

Yeah that right moron, the NCAA imposed their penalties because they wanted to punish Penn State for the crimes of Jerry Sandusky as opposed to the the NCAA wanting to punish Penn State because their football, coach, AD and even President did not report a crime to protect the football program.

They are just stuck on stupid.

With the absurdity that is State Penn, I almost have half a notion to build some sort of Paterno "shrine" and accept donations from the PSU bandwagon fans.

Maybe a picture of JoePa at the bottom of my toilet?

Whenever I see a group of illogical people I think that they are probably susceptible to giving their money away for no good reason. I've never acted on it but given some of the comments from BWI I considered starting a charity PS4CAA or Penn Staters for Child Abuse Awareness. While collecting a large salary my largest contribution to society would be to fly a banner over the stadium "Child Abuse Happens. Report it to Police". The charity should really be CAA4PS but I'm dyslexic. The framing Paterno website was brilliant. I wonder how much he'll collect. Wish I'd thought of it.

You might get a second chance now that the Paterno family has filed this appeal.

Doubt it. They have ZERO standing to file suit in this. I'm sure the lawyers will rack up as many billable hours as possible while there's still some bank in JoePed's estate, but it's going to get thrown out of the first court it sees.

I like PS4CAA as the charity, but think that CAA4PS is better suited as the name of a mandatory class they should be teaching there.

Sneaking 4CA into the name makes it particularly amusing to me.

There's times when I'm in the trenches over on BWI attempting think as utterly stupidly as possible--to really get my mongoloid on--that I really pause and consider the possibility that half the posters around me are complete parody trolls coming from every fanbase in the Big Ten and beyond doing the exact same thing as I am.

I certainly hope it's true. But doubt it.

I meant more that 4skers89 could setup a donation scheme claiming to support the legal defense fund for Scott, Jay and Sue... :)
