Looks like this is a way to get around 15 limit rule. 2012 class was
allowed to go as high as 25. Clever move by staff.

Very clever move in two years when you are at 65 and this kid is a Junior.

I think it is fair to state he is not committing to PSU because he thinks PSU is going to go 0-12 for the next 3 years. The first crack in the Emmert wall of shame.

Emmert specifically mentioned this kid as someone he hoped would not go to PSU.

Not many offers but neither did deon butler and josh hull.

A lack of offers - first sign of a top notch recruit.

Air Force is a credible program. They don't offer dogs...

They are tipping their hand on future expectations.

Ever since Joe was fired and then subsequently passed in January, it's as if this university has no leadership. No one that can take a stand and make a tough decision (like this NCAA BS). Joe was the glue that was keeping things together and now we lack that cohesion and sense of community. I guess my question is who will lead and who will make the decisions that are in the best interest of the Pennsylvania State University now that we have this gap in leadership? My hope is that you and the others that may be open minded are able to lead for the next 10+ years.

Here is Pitt fan's explanation of the branch campus scam to keep JoePed's grad rate artificially high. Obviously, nobody internally was ever going to call him on it, nor was their an independent press in SC to do the same.

In regard to your question about branch campuses, his scam was to take football players who were flunking out and transfer them to the Behrend campus in Erie first. They then drop out of school and aren't counted on his graduation rate. This came out when 5 or 6 football players declared for the draft when their class was supposed to graduate and ESPN had them listed under the school " Penn State - Behrend ". That branch campus in Erie must have quite a football team if half a dozen guys were eligible to be drafted by the NFL. You have to wonder if he thought up this stuff himself or had other people in a room thinking up these scams.
