Nah, Joe just likes to watch and Tucks pads are no longer necessary - one of the benefits of dying.

Now when Sandusky joins the party I won't turn my back to him. But something tells me he'll be too busy guarding his own ass to think about anyone else's.

With all but 1 other fan base, I would just assume that anyone that posts that level of stupidity is 14 years old or less and I would just move on.

With the cult and the DFBIA, the culture creates diagnosable, they-should-put-them-in-the-DSM-VI conditions. Literally anyone, given enough time in those cultures, could post stuff like that as an adult; we've seen it so many times.

There are probably other fan-bases that diseased; having lived in Tallahassee I can think of one off-hand. But those two are the ones that we are regularly subjected to that produce that level of... hmm, what to call it... it's not "thought"... ... I'll go with "commentary". Only the cult and the dfbia give us that level of commentary. You can't use the word "thought" when talking about them, unless you're using it to say you can't use it.

Dude, you should check out the level of stupid with Miami Hurricanes fans. canesinsight message board shows a fan base that literally goes in 180 from thinking that they will win the NC in the off season and get every SoFLa recruit and be back to Da U, and after the 1st loss(especially a curb stomping like from Bama) every coach should be fired, their QB King who was their savior is now a suspect ATH at best, and they can't get elite recruits because they can't afford to pay them like the SEC and Ohio St... :roll1:

Dude, I live in Broward county. I am surrounded by them.

But there's a difference between being delusional and entitled and being as blitheringly stupid as the Penn State fan that thinks that Ohio State coaches arrange their recruiting schedule with Penn State in mind. Delusional and entitled is where a great many sports fans live. Thinking that coaches of other teams are obsessed with your favorite team: that's a disorder if it's found in anyone over the age of 14.

It takes a special kind of insular to willfully ignore the pending departures.

There's almost no chance that all 4 are back next year, and stroud could certainly turn pro a year after that. Best case scenario they have two of them left in Allars second year on campus.
