But this was called a catch and they're ok with it.
They are ok with covering up child rape so their reaction to anything that happens on the field can't possibly shock or sicken me further.

It's Monday bro
I'm just curious, do you even remember what went down that game? I get the sense that PSU fans think it was a 1972 Olympic basketball type of thing where the game ended and was restarted. It was not.
Here's what happened:
Michigan ran a play that ended with 33 seconds left inbounds. Lloyd Carr furiously signaled for a timeout and the referees blew the whistle, but the timekeeper didn't stop the clock until 28 seconds were left. After deliberation, the referees reset the clock to 30 seconds. Carr actually wanted four seconds added, claiming he signaled at 32 seconds, but the refs only gave him half. (The same exact thing had happened on PSU's previous possession, when Paterno called a timeout and two seconds were later added.)
This would have surely been forgotten, like most clock resettings, except that Michigan's second-to-last play ended with 1 second on the clock, and their last play ended with a TD. So some PSU fans decided that it was actually the two additional seconds that were the difference, overlooking that 1) it was the correct decision to add time; 2) the exact same amount had been added for PSU just before and 3) there was no guarantee that Michigan would have even handled the last 28 seconds the same way, had it not gotten the time.
I get that it was frustrating to lose to Michigan once again, and to have that play spoil a perfect season, but there really is nothing to rationally complain about there. Reply showed that the clock should have been stopped sooner than it was.
Eat shit and die, michigan man.
had we gone to ACC, that would have been good academics and overall sports. WVB, ice hockey and wrestling would not be as good - so our teams in those areas not as good. right now ACC FB is all Clemson. if we joined, my prediction would be suddenly FSU and Miami grow back their teeth and sPitt would somehow be improved. If ND joined full time, then our road to CFBP would be even more difficult. remember the BIG before we joined was not nearly as good as it turned out after we joined. IMHO any conf we would join will upgrade.
Your facts are stupid and I don't care.
Going back to the most recent thread about leaving the conference...

Whining about all the times they got screwed, including in 2005 getting 2 seconds added to the game clock. Michigan fan joins in:
The response?

Because they single handedly elevated the formerly irrelevant conference to what it is now.So the B1G invites/allows PSU to join the conference just to conspire against them?
He's over on their boards now bragging about how he educated a dumb buckeye who had no answers. Guaranteed.I had an encounter with a cultist on Thursday. Doesn't happen very often here in the Denver area, but it does occasionally. I can't imagine what you folks in Pennsyltucky have to listen to on a regular basis. I ran into this guy while taking a walk in the neighborhood. He was a Captain Kangaroo looking guy, complete with the white molester mustache, maybe about 75 years old. He called out to me "hey you must be a Buckeye" because I'm wearing a script Ohio tshirt. Then he told me that he was a Nittany Lion. Here are a couple "fax" I learned during our conversation, and by conversation I mean he did 99 percent of the talking. It was a real filibuster.
Joe Paterno formed the Big 10. He modeled it after the Ivy League, with an emphasis on academics and culture of higher learning. At the last minute, some of the other schools changed the deal and lowered the academic standards, this infuriated Joe and therefore Penn State was out. Ohio State and Michigan were instrumental in causing this to happen. To this day Penn State is at a disadvantage because of their Ivy League standards.
None of the stuff relating to sexual abuse ever happened. Joe and Sandusky were railroaded by a corrupt Governor, board of trustees, conference and press. This was due to a long festering jealousy of Joe and the way that he and the University were doing things right. There's no way that we on the outside could know the truth, because the truth isn't being told by the corrupt press.
This is all stuff that I have read many times but it is the first time I have ever had someone look me in the eye and recite it. Their only hope is to have about three generations of these assholes pass on. Even then I am not optimistic.

Did you bother to explain that the Big 10 existed before Pedterno ever coached a game, or did he just ramble on with the conspiracies and not give you a chance?I had an encounter with a cultist on Thursday.
