Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Can't say that I'm surprised. Once again, justice is perverted so that Happy Valley can live in their sick bubble that nothing bad ever happens there.

In a stunning decision, a Centre County district justice threw out involuntary manslaughter and aggravated assault charges against eight members of a Penn State fraternity in the death of sophomore pledge Tim Piazza.

In dismissing those charges, including aggravated assault which is a felony, District Justice Allen Sinclair let stand lesser charges including hazing and furnishing alcohol to minors.

The ruling, however, represented a favorable outcome for parents and fraternity members whose futures hang in the balance.

Yeah, well, at least they fucking have a future, other than laying in a grave decomposing. :mad1:

Now that they have themselves completely convinced they are going to destroy OSU, let's face it some people are just more prone to belief than others, when it doesn't happen the narratives of how they were cheated/robbed are going to be EPIC.

I mean even-for-BWI-cultist level epic.

"Did you see the guard? He flinched! FALSE START!!! If they called that on 1st and 10, that entire drive would have been stalled and it would still be 7-3, instead of 14-3. Set the town for the whole game!!!"

Awesome.

that 10x is what I am picturing

These fuckers now have their dominance of OSU up there with Joesus innocence/divinity as a core belief/truth.

As we have seen demonstrated to an astounding level of certainty, these mutants will not be shaken from what they believe to be the truth.

It's going to be glorious

Well, last year, Ohio State entered the night game at Penn State after a tough overtime night game at Wisconsin the week before. Penn State had two weeks to prepare, after an easy home game against Maryland, and benefitted when the youngest team in FBS ran out of gas late.

This year, Ohio State has two weeks to prepare, after a night game away at Nebraska. Penn State travels to Ohio State after a night game at home against TSUN. Ohio State will enter the game 5-7 point favorites. I think it could actually get very ugly for Penn State.

Anyone see what happened after Indiana scored the third time and some fans started chanting "over-rated"? They've been talking a lot of nonsense. Urban Meyer and his team look forward to welcoming PSU to Ohio Stadium.

Since PSU joined the B1G in 1993 it's a pretty cut and dried affair.

OSU is 10-2 in Columbus. Average score is 30-10. The two losses came in 2008 and 2011.

OSU is 6-6 at Happy Valley. Average score is 24-25

So every other year when they get to make it their superbowl at home it's a 50/50 thing. When they have to come to Columbus it's an 80% thing and generally not all that close.

1993: 24-6
1996: 38-7
1998: 28-9
2000: 45-6
2002: 13-7
2004: 21-10
2006: 28-6
2010: 38-14
2013: 63-14
2015: 38-10

most points they have ever scored in Columbus is 20 against the 2011 team

The whole holding obsession goes back to their independent days. JoePed's hand-picked home ref crews would always find a way to derail the visiting team's offensive drives with holding calls. And remember that numbers weren't called back then, and instant replay was nowhere near as clear on television as it is today. In any event, the pedsters became conditioned like Pavlov's dogs to expect holding calls whenever the opponent's offense had a good drive in progress. Now, with B10 refs, they don't get it but still see it in their warped little minds, thus the constant barrage of HOLDING!!!!!! posts in a BWI game thread.

Pedsters first B10 season was in 93, and Big Daddy Wilkinson and the Buckeyes spanked that ass pretty hard, so that might move your numbers a bit.

The Latest: DA to refile more serious charges in frat death

A prosecutor says she will seek to have involuntary manslaughter charges reinstated against eight members of a Penn State fraternity.

District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller says she may also seek to refile felony charges of aggravated assault.

God, I certainly hope so. Hope she finds a way to prevail (maybe by finding a different judge.)
