I wish this would have gone to trial. It sounds like the NCAA was ready to drop an anvil on the Paterno clan.
I see they did this on the Friday before Independence Day. I hope in doing so they didn't ruin any weekends

My guess is that the NCAA had some additional dirt on Paterno that never made it to any of the trials but would have been a real embarrassment to the trustees of the Paterno estate.Re: Penn State's football team is getting back 112 wins wiped out during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal and the late Joe Paterno has been restored as the winningest coach in major college football history.
