Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Has Jay Pedterno come out and say they were "robbed" due to the media wanting Ped State football dead?

I have seen a bunch of "This rates up there with 1994" (and other seasons) in great travesties. Ha. At least 1994 was an undefeated season.

Also, this thread has a classic way to argue. If you give an "If/Then" statement, where the "If" part is false, you can say whatever the hell you want in the "Then" part and you can't be proven wrong.

For example: "If you give me a billion dollars, I'll knit a pair of warm socks with my butt-cheeks."

Or, "If Ohio State and Penn State were flipped, Ohio State would still be #2." Prove me wrong. Or just take it as fact and we'll go from there.

Wow - Page 2 with some gold. AWS1022 (Penn State fan) is annoyed with TJ8869 (not a Penn State fan). Can't argue with logic, I guess.

Next time, beat Pitt.

I would say next time OSU should beat PSU, but that doesn't matter obviously.
You're right. It doesn't matter that you beat OSU since they won all the rest of their games and you lost two. What I probably should have said is next time, beat Pitt and don't get curbstomped by Michigan.
Well, after you get curb stomped by Clemson will you come back on the board so we can all laugh at you? Or even better, why don't you stay off this board until OSU actually beats PSU.
I'm not an Ohio State fan.
So you're on this board why exactly?
Because I enjoy discussing college football, especially Big Ten football.
Why are you so averse to differing opinions? I've been a paid member of Rivals for 10 years and this board is open to all Rivals members as long as they don't break any rules. I'm not breaking any rules, so what's your objection to my presence?
So you come on this board on a day when most on here are pissed off and stir sh!t...hmm, that makes sense. Why not wait a while til things cool down and then have a college football discussion? Differing opinions are fine, differing opinions at the wrong time are sketchy at best. Like a Trump supporter going onto a Hillary board five minutes after he's declared the winner to just "discuss politics".
When would be a better time for us to discuss whether Ohio State or Penn State deserves to be in the playoff?
Wait a few days until we've recovered from the screw job.
A few days? Lol. You guys still haven't recovered from 1994.
(ha!)
It's tough when you've been screwed more than any program in the history of college football (and it's not even close).
Apparently, this is a fact - I'm guessing he's seen the official statistics. I'd like to see them.

Typo, most likely.

What he probably meant to say was "It's tough when you've caused more children to be screwed than any program in the history of college football."

I must say, when I first started contributing to The Fund, I knew the impact it would have on PSU games and knew we could continue to expect "our" refs make PSU vulnerable, but I had no idea that The Fund had such far reaching affects. What is happening with that fanbase is far more delightful that I could have ever imagined. It truly is the gift that keeps on giving.
