They finally found out we have been paying hotel staffs to poison their players all these years?
Well they have figured out the refs and now the food poisoning but they still don't about the third thing we do to keep them down.

Ok, so who among you is going to sign up to be part of a Pedster lawsuit against the NCAA for what they did to the PSU fans with the crippling sanctions and the sullying of PSU's pristine name? I vaguely remember an episode of LA Law (yea, I'm old) in which a fan tried to sue Mike Ditka for a shitty season. Of course, the difference was that the NFL did not impose brutal, draconian sanctions for no reason at all. The absolute best part is proposing suing the NCAA, Freeh and the Board of Trustees for "pain and suffering."

PSU Bluebird: "Just wondering if anyone thought about this and if it could work against NCAA, Freeh, BOT, etc., on what they did to PSU and if any/all PSU fans and alums could render such a thing suing for lost value of tickets, merchandising, pain & suffering caused by rendering us with a junior high school level football team in overall talent.
I know at the rate the courts are going on the case in general we probably wouldn't see results in most of our life times but maybe this can be another thorn in the collective assess of those who wronged so many with their inexcusable actions."
Another great post from that thread: Apparently, the press and the general population is causing emotional pain for the Pedsters and they are being discriminated against in job opportunities because of the NCAA. Apparently, being a Pedster is akin to being an African-American in 1960 when it comes to job opportunities.
