Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Under the category of "Where's Tug Speedwell when we really need him?" Found this nifty little list that would pry the scab off an open wound:
Coaches who have won Big Ten Championships
Woody Hayes Ohio State 13
Bo Schembechler Michigan 13
Fielding H. Yost Michigan 10
Henry L. Williams Minnesota 8
Bernie Bierman Minnesota 7
Amos Alonzo Stagg Chicago 7
Robert Zuppke Illinois 7
Jim Tressel Ohio State 6^
Lloyd Carr Michigan 5
Earle Bruce Ohio State 4
Harry Kipke Michigan 4
Barry Alvarez Wisconsin 3
Bret Bielema Wisconsin 3
John Cooper Ohio State 3
Mark Dantonio* Michigan State 3
Ray Eliot Illinois 3
Forest Evashevski Iowa 3
Hayden Fry Iowa 3
Philip King Wisconsin 3
Gary Moeller Michigan 3
Bennie Oosterbaan Michigan 3
Joe Paterno Penn State 3
John Wilce Ohio State 3

In fairness to Paterno, he only had 18 chances to win a B1G championship.

Yep, ol' Joesus at 3 for 18 is in pretty impressive company. In fairness to Dr. John Wilce, he only had 3 in 16. In fairness to Gary Moeller he only had 3 in 4. In fairness to Jim Tressel, he only had 6 in 9. That ol' Joesus could really coach 'em up as he proved when he got to the Big Ten.

Going to just assume this dude got harrassed by the cult and had to take the tweets down. For those that missed it:

Penn State football order 120 lunch meal sandwiches from Jimmy John's, for a $1200 [tax-exempt] order, in which they stiffed the driver, et. al to the tune of a $0 tip.

Lesson to Jimmy John's for the future: In orders over a certain amount, the tip is automatically included in the price. It's SOP for places that serve banquets, etc.

Yeah... HIS name belongs on the trophy for the Big Ten Championship. That bothered me long before I knew of any shit that was about to hit their fan.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane convicted of perjury and other things: http://www.governing.com/topics/pub...l&utm_source=Act-On+Software&utm_medium=email

"Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane was convicted Monday of perjury, obstruction and other crimes after squandering her once-bright political future on an illegal vendetta against an enemy. . . .

Kane, in scrutinizing Fina's handling of a past case, found a powerful weapon. While examining Fina's work investigating sex offender Jerry Sandusky, she learned that Fina, among many others in her agency and elsewhere in government, had been swapping pornographic emails on state computers for years.

She denounced the offensive emails and complained that her public stand against them had led to her arrest. This fueled a burgeoning scandal that eventually cost several top officials their jobs, including two justices of the state Supreme Court.

Despite a relatively thin resume _ a dozen years as an assistant district attorney in the Scranton area _ Kane campaigned ably in 2012, selling herself as a newcomer without ties to the establishment. She picked up support by criticizing the investigation of Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach, a stance that paid off with strong support from voters in areas close to the university. . . ."

I'm sure that BWI will have some "thoughts" regarding this.
