Any chance this co-worker posts on BWI?

I can see it now:
"So there I was, just minding my own business, when I mentioned something about how Tosu gives away free tattoos to its players, when the obnoxious Tosu fan at work charges up to me and asks if I raped any kids in the shower today. At first, I was speechless. Then I asked him if he is making a joke (a bad one at that), and he started going off on some rumor that Joe once had an accident in his pants. He then left, thinking he won the debate. But everyone else in the break room agreed that the guy is an idiot. They all agree that Tosu got off they punishments because they are they B1G darlings, and Penn State gets hosed because the rest of the NCAA is scared of Penn State being at full strength.

Also, who actually believes that Joe could have possibly been sick? He was never sick a day in his life, let alone in a game against our great rival, Tosu. I guess Tosu fans have no honor, since they feel the need to start some rumor about how Joe might have messed his pants."

That post is just awesome. The scenario you laid out reminded so much of the linked thread. In the linked thread, hero Pedster just casually mentions to his brother-in-law that James Franklin has five four-star verbals for the class of 2016 so far. The Rutgers villain then responds that Franklin is a dirtbag and protected rapists at Vanderbilt. Hero Pedster then walked away in disgust, even though he fully admitted to just "casually" mentioning James Franklin's recruiting numbers.

Naturally, it is the Rutgers villain who responded in an "agitated almost angry voice" in the story.

There reasoning is that people just took it at face value rather than reading it and finding out how fundamentally flawed and completely wrong about Joe it was. I think the next step is that they bring up a couple of minor strawmen errors that they've discovered in the document and knock them down thus negating the entire document, proving Joe's innocence and purity and bringing into question the motives of the victims or whatever people are calling them.

Their offices weren't right next to each other so therefore the implication that JoePa found out "right away" is clearly a lie!! The Freeh report is a lie!

I went through all of the incredibly stupid and meaningless innacuracies the Paterno family used to debunk the report. It's in this thread somewhere.

I don't remember all of them, but the example above is pretty damn close to an example of the quality of takedowns.
