Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

https://bwi.rivals.com/showmsg.asp?fid=36&tid=179100075&mid=179100075&sid=890&style=2

Original post is some guy who thinks Tom Bradley should sue the BoT. I didn't click his link or care what he's talking about. But, as usual, it always comes down to how Joesus is great.

Of course, SPABH has to chime in, with his response to this post:

My point to this post, though, is that it is another example of how the cult only wants to find the truth that backs up their beliefs. They don't want to believe in the things that are shown to be the truth.

Otherwise Known as the unifying principal of all cults

I believe Hack could have transferred under this rule.

NCAA Transfer Exceptions

The one-time transfer exception is the most commonly used exception for transfers from one four-year college to another, especially if the transfer involves two colleges in NCAA Division I or II.

The exception is that an athlete can transfers to a Football Championship Subdivision (FCS or I-AA) school and use this exception provided he or she has at least two seasons of competition remaining. In Division II, any sport may use the one-time transfer exception.

If I understand this right he could have gone FCS or 1-AA?

I don't think Hackenburg transferring was much of a possibility. From what I remember, Hackenburg's father is a big PSU fan and that was the reason he went there. I remember The Cult gushing about that when Hackenburg committed to PSU.

UCLA is apparently on the verge of hiring Tom Bradley as defensive coordinator. That prompted a blistering column on a UCLA website, calling the school "morally bankrupt" over the hire. Naturally, The Cult is outraged and starts a thread suggesting that Bradley sue the PSU Board of Trustees.

Apparently, the Buckhunter's defense that it is not illegal to take a shower is now a standard defense for the Cult regarding the scandal. In some countires, males and females even shower together. I have no earthly idea what that has to do with kids getting ass-raped in the shower at Penn State, but don't forget YMCAs, camps and fitness centers, either.

Lots of gold in the linked BWI thread.

psu1969a: "To the best of my knowledge, it is not a crime to shower with a minor; it is done all the time at such places YMCA, fitness centers, camps, anywhere there maybe public showers. Reminder! In some countries males and females bath together too."

EPC Fan: "My position since 11-9-11. Once Surma sat there with that smug look on his face, saying that Joe Paterno was no longer head football coach at Penn State, Joe's been presumed guilty. I want Surma in hell shoveling shit up to his waist, for all time. Hot shit."

I keep waiting for the AD, Vice President and President of the university to go on trial for perjury but I might be dust before that happens! It's such a toxic subject in Pennsylvania.
It could be such fun watching who plays "Let's Make a Deal" first.

I'd be surprised if it ever happens. Not because the aren't guilty but because the a lot of people in power seem to want to close this chapter out quietly and without any trial.
