You can watch as they come just so close to saying "What....we're not allowed to make rape jokes ever again now?", before realizing there really isn't anything they can actually complain about.

I continue to be extremely pleased that Ohio State doesn't have alumni elected members on its Board of Trustees- not that I envision anything close to the clown show that goes on at Penn State occurring.

I still think its a good thing- but I guess I'm an elitist.

Guess I am too - a Board of Trustees are there to primarily govern the business aspects and posture of a university, not pander to it's football fans.

Ped State's Board is an embarrassment to anyone who has any organizational sense.

I have said it multiple times in this thread and I will say it again. I'm as big a freak about Ohio State football as anyone. But I would trade every single win Ohio State football has ever tallied for that shit at Ped State to never have happened. I would trade all of it in a fucking heartbeat for those children to be whole. Everything for it to have never happened!!!! And its not even close.

They want their statue and their records and their Peachy Paterno. Fuck every one of them to Hell...

I don't hate, but I hate these fuckers...

Yup. They, themselves, would trade their own kids in to get those wins back. They'd send 409 of their 10-12 year-old kids to get that 409 back. Send them straight to Sandusky and let him spend 1 night with each of them for 409 nights. And they'd be satisfied. Of course, now that they got their wins back, they might be OK with just sending their kids to Sandusky just to "prove" that nothing ever happened on campus.

I know that some of those posters are trolls. So I can't take what they say as really representing that fan base. But those posts are not ridiculed over there. What IS ridiculed is the voice of reason. Saying Joe Paterno enabled child rape is bashed far worse than "no blood, no rape" is.

Just so I make sure I have this right...let's not let a coach, who knows the rules on criticizing officials and can actually PAY a 10k fine, pay a 10k fine. Instead, let us joe(ped) schmoes, all reach in to our pockets for our hard earned cash that we support our families (you know, the ones raped by Sandusky) with, and WE'LL pay the fine to a conference that we wish and pray every day to not be a part of. A conference that we feel just screwed us in a basketball game and has screwed us repeatedly in football. Let's all give money to a conference we hate instead of a guy who got himself fined and can afford it.
