Don't forget The Cult is also rooting agasint every Big 10 team in their bowl games. I am sure the Pedsters will do the conference proud, taking that solid 2-6 Big 10 record into bowl season.

Yeah, I trolled it for about a year. I went all Conrad Dobler on them and would get them in arguments with each other regarding Ohio State, Fredo's incompetent President and AD and so on. It was kind of my training ground for Tug Speedwell, so it did serve at least one useful purpose for existing.

It's a long, gray and cold winter in front of them. Nothing to break the monotony, too far from Pittsburgh or Philly to get a world perspective, the Rolling Rock Pipeline that brings them beer from Latrobe froze last winter and hasn't been repaired and their bowl game is probably in Detroit or played on December 15th in Boise.

I can't think of many more things more worthy than PSU playing on the smurf turf in the middle of December if they have to be in a bowl game.

5th rate bowl game for an athletic department that deserves nothing higher then a severe napalming.

That'd be the icing on the cake. How quaint and pathetic when you're reduced to Illinois "WE MADE A BOWL!"
