Penn State at tOSU, Oct 30th, 7:30 PM, ABC

The problem would be if we didn't take them seriously. I don't see that with this team. It's about the business. They're young, but they're dialed in.
You know I don’t think I’ve ever seen this from a Ryan Day coached team yet. They usually come out and at least attempt to punch teams in the face. 2019 B1G Championship was probably the closest but that team looked more dead tired from running a gauntlet rather than coming in unfocused.

I think between the Bama game, the loss to Oregon and the general amount of criticism they were hearing through most of September, focus and motivation are not (and will not become) an issue for this team.

I just don't see how it can be.
You’d think so but I’ve seen Tressel and Urban teams sleepwalk through too many teams regardless of the circumstance.

Legit the only questions I have with Day now is 1) Can he finish the job and win a Natty and B) how long can he keep it going?

Burke was in for 25 snaps Saturday and I don't recall hearing his name.

I think that is as much game planning for Dotson as we will need.
Saw him in coverage a few times but the ball was nowhere near his receiver. I'm perfectly fine with him turning into Shawn Springs and never hearing his name during a football game unless he picks one. Just wear great shoes please.

Same here.

They have no O.

No D can fully prepare for us.

Home game under the lights.

There - I said it. Now we are doomed.
Just before the Oregon game, there was a similar feeling. They were coming over 2,000 miles, playing at 9:00 am Oregon time, and without several marque players including the then-possible #1 pick in the '22 NFL draft, to play us in a game where we'd end up with over 600 yards of total offense. And they beat us.

That game--along with the Tulsa game in which we didn't have Stroud--got us focused on what needed to be done, both mentally and physically. We are dialed in, both offensively and defensively. We've scored just under 58 points per game, while giving up 11 points per game, since then. We're far more focused and we're gaining more game experience each week. We. Will. Be. Ready.

We are currently 18 1/2 point favorites--that should be for the first half only.

Akron my friend. I agree with everything else you posted!
That 18.5 wont last either. I just posted yesterday and it was -17. Gonna be 3 TDs by game time

One team is still alive for a national championship trophy and one isn't.

PED gave up 360 yards rushing last week to a team that couldn't throw the ball (38 passing yards). That's not like OSU where we gave up 200 the first two weeks because our scheme was all jacked up. No that's just because Illionois was able to lineup and run in week 8 of the season.

Dude has anyone discussed the disparity between the yardage of Henderson and Cain? I was on ESPN looking at the pre game page and I saw:

Cain: 78 carries 245 yds

Henderson: 79 693…?

Is that even accurate? Seriously
