I also found it really interesting that Penn State didn't make any comments about Marcus Hall absolutely destroying #18 on that one scramble - at least I didn't hear or read anything they said about it.

That was jaw-dropping. I'm surprised the guy isn't dead.

It was helmet to helmet, but no flag and no targeting. Could it be that the officials got the memo that this targeting bullshit is ruining football?
