It took a while, but I finally converted to the concept of rooting for B10 teams in bowl games--even meatchicken.

I don't like Bulimic either--esp. after that piling on go-for-2 unnecessarily incident. I want them to lose to Sparty this week-end big time. But, every bowl loss the B10 suffers just adds ammunition to the national perception of conference weakness. It stinks to have to root for some of them, but having our regular season enemies lose in bowls does not ultimately serve tOSU's football program.

I never understood the "I want my conference opponents to suck in bowl games" attitude. It makes your conference look bad when your mates suck. That, in turn, makes your team look bad.

You want to be the baddest hombre on the block. If your block is populated by pansies.... doesn't say much about you.
