Can anyone explain why ABC/ESPN would should Oregon/Oregon St. instead of Wiscy/Penn St. in central Ohio today?

On Time Warner in Columbus it's on ESPN.

Whenever I think of that image coupled with "The Rail" I picture the Penn State 'hall of fame/accomplishments/stuff' as looking something like the Devils Canyon Mystery Cave gift shop in Land of the Lost.
