I see. I don't think there are too many other teams in competition for that #4 spot right now. I wouldn't put Illinois, Minnesota, MSU, Indiana or Purdue ahead of them right now. They might be in the same middle tier with scUM and Northwestern this year, but those two teams will have to show me more before I consider them better than Penn State.
