Penn St +11.5 at Bama (ov/un 44.5) Sat 7 ET ESPN

Watching JoePa trot along the sideline emotionless with no headset after that insane play, its official he needs to retire or go up to the booth.

Please hand the reins over to a guy that can get these boys fired up more than this...

I think Bama had a decent test against them from Bolden so far. Could get closer, but if the offense keeps things diverse (aka, running Richardson in unique ways and passing to Jones) then its hard to see Bama not winning by 17 still. Too bad Penn State left about 6-14 points on the table in the first half.

Not that it's gonna matter but...

Aren't you supposed to hold the sticks STRAIGHT UP when you measure for a first down? Of course there's gonna be a gap when you hold it away from the ball at a 60-degree angle. :shake:

This Alabama team looks much better than we did today. Their running game especially... I don't know how anyone is supposed to contend with Richardson/Ingram.

I'm pretty sure Penn State isn't on the same level as Miami. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Freshman QB and a lot of new faces on defense for the Nits. I think Penn St is going to make a lot of opponents look good this year.
