I doubt the Browns are going to pickup anyone gamebreaking at this point, so why worry about the money. It seems like some Browns fans would rather the team completely tank and play for another #1 wasted draft spot rather than a chance at the playoffs. Not saying Quinn would get them there, but Anderson sure isn't. Most Browns QBs get at least a season before they're kicked to the curb, give Quinn the chance to build a repport with the receivers and improve. He can hit the short-medium passes, he could hit the long passes in college when he had receivers that could get open deep. Anderson probably won't be around next year aside from a backup role somewhere, might as well see how Quinn pans out.
