Piney, I just like to point out the idiocy(sp?) of our alumni and our "fan" board. It's just so ironic how hardly any OU Fans, former players, etc. post on that board and instead come to this board, Bucknuts and others.

OB, I don't think Jwins was saying that there was a problem with posting in the thread. His point is that it appears the vast majority of BP'ers don't care what Ohio University folks post about Ohio State or us. He's saying, "okay, we heard you, please let's move on because we don't care".

Please feel free to continue but you are going to be having a conversation with yourself. I think that was the rationale behind his post and I am afraid I think he is right.

But by all means, continue...

Hey now! I am one of those posters on that fan board and have met alot of the guys that put that site together. And it is still a young message board that has the problem that they do not have a rabid fan base so it can grow bigger. But the sick part is that it is the biggest/best Ohio University message board out there for sports. The problem is like most message boards you get the fanatics there that are over the top for their program and you get crazy thread like the ones you point out.

The reason? You don't air your dirty laundry on a board that really doesn't care and looks at Ohio as a lesser program (which it is) Instead you should post at bobcatattack, which is fruitless since I know I have tried and learned to let it go in one ear and out the other.
