A lot of people think they do but actually don't.Nothing wrong with a little procrastination... I did/do well under pressure!
This is a huge decision and each kid can and should do what they feel is in their best interest no doubt.Because he hasn't met your goal of when he should make his college decision??

Not at all...all recruits do it...I was basing this off the fact that he last visited Maryland on August 30th unofficially and now he is visiting a week before signing day...he also lives 5 minutes away from campus...Maybe something changed on campus that would change his mind but I would assume based on the proximity he would know if he wants to enroll at Maryland or not by now

According to Ryan Bartow of 247 Isaiah Prince met hours with Alabama and didn't reaffirm his commitment. http://alabama.247sports.com/Bolt/Latest-on-Isaiah-Prince-35134146…
To be fair, it's not like MD has been selling this "Stay at home movement" for years and years. It has to be a tough call for some of these kids. The chance to stay home and play at Maryland or go to a real big time school like OSU, Alabama, etc and actually play for something. The Maryland coaches sell the same thing to these kids year after year "stay home, help us change the program, close to family, etc" It worked for Stephon Diggs, it worked for Damian Prince last year, it works for a few kids each year...guess what...Maryland is what they are, a middle of the road program. A good year is 8-9 wins at best depending on their non-conference. The top kids that go there will basically play in relative obscurity compared to bigger programs, they will get drafted and the cycle will continue. I really wonder though if a guy like Diggs would give a truthful answer to the question was choosing to "stay home" worth the opportunity to passed up playing for Urban Meyer, going ~38-3 the last 2 years, winning a title, etc.
Schools like Maryland and Virginia always seem to get kid elite kids to buy in and stay home with the lore of building the program but the same cycle continues, those programs never progress...Stephon Diggs, Damian Prince, EJ Henderson, Quinn Blanding, Andrew Brown, im sure i am missing a few more as well.
Not ragging on Prince at all, i just find it an interesting situation that seems to occur in that Maryland/Virginia area...

Sounds like Saban and Cristobal left last night without a public acknowledgement of his commitment to Alabama...and is sounds like he will visit Maryland this weekend:

Per @RyanBartow, appears Isaiah Prince may still be in play for Maryland. One of the only players left that could save this class.
