Yeah, zero room to talk.
We've got some real attitude problems on the field right now. Frankly, I think we're embarrassing ourselves out there. Not with the score, that's just a byproduct. But rather with the total lack of discipline.
Right now, I feel like Will Allen, Drew Carter, Mike Nugent and Sander might be the only 3 guys on the field who showed up to play.
Our OLine is sluggish and lethargic. Bryce Bishop should not be starting.
What's up Will Smith's ass is a complete and total mystery. At first I was thinking maybe he needs to be benched. Now I feel like he should be out there until the game ends.
I hope JT is knocking some sense into them right now.
But as Head said over on BNuts before it went down, if this had to happen, at least it's this week against SDSU, and not next against NCSU.
I *hate* this announcing crew. That little troll they have down on the field, the idiots calling the game -- I don't even want to think about it.
Have we never seen a draw play before?
This MO thing cannot continue to drag out, or I think it's going to really start costing us games. I felt this team was too disciplined to really let their frustration show on the field. I was grossly mistaken.
Worst half of football from a focus standpoint (IMO) in a couple years.
We'll still win, but we're going to take some serious (and mostly deserved) flack this week. And it will be a while before Craig's name is mentioned by the media for the Heisman. I can't decide if he has his head up his ass as well, or if it's a result of our OL playing like a wet towel.
Anyway, there are some positives clearly. Will Allen's 100y INT TD being the obvious. A few individual other plays here and there, not one of them being on offense.
If we come out in the second half looking equally pissy and downtrodden, I think I might burn some nice big holes in my stomach. Again, not over the score, but over what this Mo situation has done to an outstanding team.
