I believe I made my point and articulated it quite well, the point being that as far as the future is concerned it is close. It is quite hard to argue LBs against LB U. I guess when tOSU pulls Bell out of Western PA we will be hearing all about how he is a better athlete than LaVar Arrington and is the best recruit to ever come out of Pennsylvania. Might want to read up on some of the PA & Pennsylvania greats to play at Penn State...

Sounds to me like Penn State LBs have always been much more prominent than tOSU posters/fans would like to believe. Guess that is why it is LB U and you guys try to claim monikers on your own or say you are the 'NEW'.

Sorry I was attempting to dumb it, down seeing how by some of the comments you are making is as idiotic as your attempts to make Penn State football relavent. It is a shame that you are downgrading the greatest rivalry in football. Point blank, we will be back in the NC game and at best if yu are lucky you will be in third in the conferance. Keep reaching back thirty years for greatness to try and prove your relavance today. If jack Ham is what you have to pull out to save face then I will succeed that he is maybe the greatest lb. ever. But bottom line we will run through the meatchickens and everyone else, while you will lose to the wolverweenies yet again!!!!!!

You've mixed up your non sequitur, red herring, and miscellaneous other fallacious statements; I'm still waiting to see what the argument is.

I'm assuming the argument is that OSU's list of unproven linebackers, beyond at least one (if you can even be bothered to remember their names) of the three (ostensible) starters that will graduate after next season, are inferior to PSU's list of unproven linebackers. I haven't seen you present anything to substantiate your end, other than nebulous star rankings. Unless we've moved from football to astronomy, I don't really see much merit in counting stars. And to be honest, the onus (to prove your point) is really on you, as this is an OSU board; let's call it the home board advantage.
