50% of them ended in the ball rolling on the deck uncaught.
2 of them in losses.
3 of them with our QB exposed running for his dear life down field.
4 of them actually caught for positive yardage.
Conclusion: Fuckin' horrid.

Good stuff. Can you break those down in the red zone?
What I thought hurt bad was the three and out after the kickoff return by Hall to their 48. If I recall nothing good happened on first down that time.

If they lose this weekend it'll be as though Wisconsin beat them twice. First by taking their eyes off the prize, secondly by beating us the way Wisconsin beats everybody. By being more physical.
That fullback Bernstein is a house. He should have Snyder real worried. Davis is Davis and is really, really good.
Speaking of living out of Buckeye Country, I was pleasantly surprised by a Hurrican fan, friend (one that is educated, polite and never talks smack) who walked into my office and said, "Boy you guys really got a gamer at QB! I was impressed at how he bounced back and just came back out there and put you guys in a position to win it. He's got a great arm and looks like a playmaker to me."
Perhaps not too shocking. The talk radio down here is dominated with Dolphins disgust. The disdain for Berlin is a more of national thing. It's Dolphins down here 24/7/365. Occasionally, the talkshows talk about Berlin in a real negative way, because, mostly they're very arrogant about their 'Canes and not used to receivers and o-line difficulties. Berlin does make some ill-advised throws but he gets his fair share of drops as well.

This team didn't seem motivated from one of their own getting his ass kicked in a bar by members of the oposing team. If that doesn't fire a team up I don't know what will.

I expect JT to make this week hell for his players, his coaches, and himself. He knows they were outcoached and that does not happen to him. I fully expect us to regain our game and move forward. The sad thing is we were dominated in every aspect of the game offense, defense, ST (except Holmes TD), coaching, adjustments, and emotion ... but our extreme talent almost won the game...

Point taken Milli... Maybe it is just hard for to believe that a team would not be focused on every game.
Another good point on the intensity of the team. Maybe the demeanor of coach T is rubbing off. Business-like in all things. Well football is a game of emotion.... Maybe we need a bit more of that... Maybe that is what has been missing... Since Whilhelm and Doss I can not think of a player to play with that type of emotion. Even our Captains are not emotional type of leaders.....

Not sure if that's exacly it...Tressel is actually quite animated at times, but he keeps his emotions in check and keeps them from controlling him. Krenzel was not a very excitable leader, either, but he sure got the job done. I don't Saturday's loss was the result of a lack of emotion per se, but rather the wrong kind of emotion (over-confidence, rather than determination).
