I was impressed with the way he scambled on some of the plays tonight. He needs to make sure he secures the ball... he did it the way he should on a few plays but then on others it was like was carrying a loaf of bread. The only problem is that if he becomes successful when scrambling he might just start to take off as soon as he sees that Holmes is covered.... that would be bad.

Shit, I'd rather drop one to 1-3 Northwestern and make their decade than drop one to either Wisconsin or Michigan.

I didn't see any nutpunching this year, consider them winning positive reinforcement against that behavior.

I hate Randy Walker to the core, but he was 1 or 2 steps ahead of us, and it was like he knew what adjustments we would make at halftime...and they he schemed for those too, especially on offense. I was impressed with him, and I have no idea how that team is only 2-3 given that coaching performance...maybe it was just one of those matchup deals.

The Difference....

i just cant believe the difference in the offense from the first two games to the ensuing two games.....

i thought the buckeyes offense looked ready to break out early.....only to be collared the past two games....i dont care about the turnovers....at least there was an offense....now there is very little hope with the recent play calling.....

going three and out on 6 of 7 series in the first half cannot happen....period....

its like watching my high school. they have a QB that is probly going to syracuse or UConn. now let me tell you.....you can count on 1 hand the number of kids from my high school in the ENTIRE HISTORY of my high school that ever played D1.....let alone a school like syracuse or UConn.

what does our offense do? run right into the fucking line 3 plays and out. only when we are down and need a TD with 2 min left do we let him pass and he lights the field up. its retarded.

It's almost like JT has been spoiled with his own success on D and special teams...meaning that no matter what happens on offense, we'll win somehow. Tonight was a perfect example of how you can't rely on the D and kicker to be perfect every single game...the offense is more important than he's been treating it the last few games.

If you need something to make you feel better, turn to TBS and find comfort knowing that your team would never wear something like that

And they did go to a bowl game last year...it's not like we lost to a team coming off a 1-10...

I like Randy Walker.... I dunno why but I just do. Its probably cuz I felt so bad for him the past couple years. Anyways, Their coaching staff, players, fans, and even the cheerleaders where better than ours tonight. We took that #6 spot for granit. We acted like NW was suppose to roll over and jus give us the game. I'm very impressed with what that offense can do! Good Luck NW!

its not hard to make adjustments when the offense is just completely predictable and has no imagination. I really dont think we made any adjustments at halftime, if so they were so subtle that they were hard to really recognize.

If you ever say "I hate to say I am a Buckeye fan", then you probably aren't one anyway....so don't even bother faking the funk. The Buckeyes lost today. I am disappointed, but I do and always will love my Buckeyes and will never be ashamed to say that. GO Bucks!
