I predict that Oregon State scores an early TD...either to take a 7-0 lead or tie it at 7...just enough for all the assclowns highlight cutins talking about “distraction” and “OMG potential upset”...at which time the Bucks score 56 straight

Didn't we open with Buffalo one year and threw a pick six on the first throw? That Mack guy wasn't bad. Lol.

The dangerous thing about openers is that other team believes. They haven't lost a game and their coaches have them all fired up that they can win the game. You have to take that belief from them. The longer you let them believe, the more dangerous they become. Ohio State is going to win the game. It's only a matter of the margin. If 5 min in the Beavers are thinking, "They are too strong, too big, too fast, too good for us." then it could be that big rout some are talking about. If they are still in it deep into the 2nd qtr, we might not feel as good.

I put $100 on the good guys already and I'm contemplating increasing that by ten fold. My better sense is keeping me from doing that but I'm very confident in the guys smoking Beaver on Saturday.

The thing that could hurt is the back door cover with all of our third string in the game and a fluke score happening with us up 49-7. I'm hoping we get well over 50 to make sure that doesn't happen but this is Dwane's first start and who knows if he'll start sharp or not. If coach would have said we are going to just pound them with Weber and Dobbins, I'd be more confident in a MSU type blowout but we'll be working on things for the season as well. Buckeyes win is a guarantee but that margin could get tricky, ( I hope it doesn't!)

You might be thinking of the Bowling Green game in 2016. JT threw a pick-6 right off the bat and we were down 0-7. We did throw a pick-6 to Mack in 2013 but that was pretty deep into the game.

We could get off to a slow start and still hang 63 on them. Unless they've made SERIOUS improvements, this will be brutal. A slightly above average Oregon team hung 70 on them in their last game

I remember this happening during the Bowling Green game in 2016. JT threw it right to a dude for the early Pick 6. Then we outscored them 77-3 the rest of the way.:lol:
