That would be one Dan Yaccobacci, my friend. I googled him a couple of years ago, and he apparently was convicted of a felony because the vicious pit bulls he was so proud of mauled a neighbor's dog. Guy is a complete piece of shit and is probably doing time.
I told a friend about the whole thing and showed him the threads and email messages. He said, "'Lance Manion!' hadn't these morons ever watched Cheers?"

I think @Mike80 at the time found a pic of the whole Yaccobacci extended family posing under a bridge. They were just as disturbing as you can imagine.
