Oregon at tOSU, Sep 11th, Noon ET on Fox

A moment of full disclosure

I had some bad memories when they said (during camp) that the OL must be good because they’re having success against this DL

That’s what I heard before the 87 season

I didn’t say anything, because I didn’t know anything

But now I’ve heard that twice.

it seems to be a bad omen

Humiliating? Really?
Some people wrap way too much value up in this.
That was probably the best game neutral observers will see all day. One score game coming down to the end between 2 of the best.
2016 Clemson is the only time I've felt embarrassed for this team.

Meanwhile, it's halftime and Toledo is beating Ntre ame.
Some of ya'll are too much.
Lmao. You think this loss is cool? K.

One final real thought before I resume my shit-posting....God DAMN did Oregon play a great game on offense. A couple drops and a few penalties, but other than that? Nearly perfect. Not one pass even close to being intercepted. Not one fumble. They didn't get cute and abandon what was working. They didn't over think things. Heck of a gameplan and heck of a game.

How DARE you appreciate excellence in anyone but the Buckeyes?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Interesting thought.

Here's a better one.

On a day - a day that will never be forgotten at least in my mind - where we memorialized those who died 20 years ago, who died and sacrificed for the last 20 fucking years in some of literally the worst places on the entire planet, and those who died recently trying to help those who could, evacuate, here we are, on the goddamn internet, bitching, whining moaning and complaining about a friggin game played by 18-23 year olds.

We need to get a damned grip. No, losing is not ok. But there are FAR bigger things in life. If there is ANY day to point to that, it's today.

So you’d say it was wrong to overturn the call against OSU last week in the Minnesota game? Was it right to eject Joey Bosa from the Fiesta Bowl against Notre Dame? Or is it only “textbook” when it goes against your team?
I know you didn't reply to me, but yes, if OSU did that it would still be textbook. I'm not sure what part of "leading with the crown of your helmet" eluding these refs, but they have to protect the players.
