Punching someone is a battery in most jurisdictions. An assault doesn't even require contact. But I will remember that next time I am on the turnpike.

battery is the act, and a legal term, but it's never the charge. If you committ a battery, you will be charged with assault. But I get what you are saying. In any case...in PA you need actually damage, which I think is a joke. You shouldn't be able to just punch somebody randomly, and it not be more than a minor misdomeanor in which all you have to do is pay a $100 ticket.

I'd kick the FG here. 4th and 15 is too tough, getting to within 1 point with 6 minutes left is a good thing.

Plus, it really makes their covering with +9.5 much more likely.

I wouldn't go for 4th and 15 unless I had no faith in my kicker hitting a 45 yard FG. If you get 3, even if they score it'll be a one score game unless they go for two, again, and get it.

The odds of 4th and 15 are pretty low.
