Punching someone is a battery in most jurisdictions. An assault doesn't even require contact. But I will remember that next time I am on the turnpike.

I'm beginning to think some of you are afraid he makes their team better, in case we have to play them. I also don't think the cries for a death sentence would be so loud if Blount played for Ohio State. In fact, I'd bet on it.

Not a chance, the other running back scares me way more than Blount. He had a pattern of bad behavior before the Boise game so why give him the benefit of the doubt? Let him play on the scout team.

Blount is not something we need to be worried about. If we had a small defense ala the rest of the Pac 10 (sans USC) then maybe. I'm not worried in the lest about Spitler or Homan filling the hole to tackle him.
