Got rolled up on by a teamate coming across the field to make the tackle. You could see his foot flopping(limp from the rest of the leg) when he was rolling after the hit.

ESPN has taken their tabloid nonsense to a new low. Dressing up american soldiers as fake fans to orchestrate a feel good moment? It was obvious from their ho-hum reactions (as well as the probability of that many beaver fans), but all doubt was removed when the oregon fan started to cheer then realized his team didn't score and reversed his hand signals to a set of downward thumbs.


p.s. LSU did not run a spread, let alone one in the same ballpark as UF or OregonNot really. The 06 unit was extremely suspect in the secondary. Smith, O'Neal & Mitchell were all a liability, and they protected them with their playcalling.

A big reason Tressel was so aggressive that year was because he knew his young defense needed to play with a lead.

I don't see how that refutes the fact that they wouldn't make mistakes...whether its because the coaches didn't put them in that position or not.

In anycase this defense makes much more plays at the point of attack then did the 2006 defense, which was of the bend and don't break variety.

All that dancing around James is doing will not work against a team like ours with LB's that are great athletes and really sound fundamentally.

It seems as if Oregon St. is starting to kind of instill their will here. It could be interesting to see this shake out. Oregon St. is a really impressive squad. They scare me in a match-up more than Oregon.

One thing I'm noticing is that Masoli almost ALWAYS hands the ball of on those read options...if they are read options in any case.

There is nothing more disgusting to see that Blount score a TD. I don't care how much he is improved I don't think he should have been allowed to come back on the football field.
