I don't think Ginn is as dangerous if he's catching bounce passes.

I dont know, maybe Matta should give him a chance to hoop it up!

I disagree, there is no better route runner than Holmes.
But if he is running nothing but 5 and outs, it wont matter how sharp he is.

Exactly. And having your recievers run 8 yard crossing patterns on 3rd and 14 isn't exactly the script of an offensive mastermind.

Ok, I don't know a whole lot about the x's and o's of football, but it seems when Zwick is in, the line holds the pocket and does a good job protecting the pass rush. But when Smith is in, the line tries to open up running lanes. To me this kind of backfires a lot of the time allowing for somone to come down that lane and blitz the QB. Why can't (or why doesn't) the line hold for Smith so he can stay in the pocket and get more time to find an open receiver. Smith's last option should be to run...he even said so himself that he thinks of himself as a passing QB first, and an option QB second. Somone please flip the "Michigan game" switch on T. Smith - I'm not sure how he can do everything right for one game and then try and do too much a year later.
