OL Michael Brewster (Official Thread)

Maybe Posey?
Remember, Posey is an all-state caliber track star, so it would be unlikely that he skips his senior season. Then again, that didn't stop Brandon Saine from leaving his track team last season, either (although that had more to do with injuries). I guess it could go either way.

And to bring this back on topic: With all the free time Brewster has down at the AA game, you have to think that he's going to put in a ton of legwork on the recruiting process with regards to guys like JJ and Pryor. Also, even though he won't be playing this Spring, you have to think that rehabbing his shoulder under the care of the OSU training staff over some docs in Florida is much more preferable to just about everybody involved.

For a young lineman the mental part is just as important (schemes, video work) so I love that Brew will be able to work on this aspect.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Orlando offensive lineman Michael Brewster suffered severe separated shoulder and was forced to miss the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, but it did not stop him from watching the game from the sidelines with his friends and future teammates. Pryor ASKED for the sticker...

I don't read anymore into that than his other fun quotes about following other players to their schools. I'm not saying he isn't coming here and he clearly has a relationship with Brewster, but this was just a fun thing for TP.

I know...back to Brewster. Speaking of which, how wierd must it be for him to be on campus for his first day while the Bucks are playing for the NC. Gotta be a strange feeling for a guy who obvioulsy is accustomed to being on the field (or at LEAST on the sidelines) when his team plays. Hard I would think.
