The lineman will receive an invitation today to play in the prestigious event.

Tania Ganguli |Sentinel Staff Writer November 30, 2007 Edgewater offensive lineman Mike Brewster will be officially selected for the Army All-American Bowl today at 10 a.m.

Brewster has committed to Ohio State and is ranked No. 8 among national recruits by Rivals.com, No. 22 by Scout.com and as the No. 2 offensive lineman by recruiting analyst Tom Lemming.

Brewster has known about the selection for a few weeks.

Wouldnt it be awesome to see Brewster and company surrounding Pryor at this game and then Pryor pulls out an Ohio State hat and puts it on and everyone just smiles back at the camera!?!

Yeah, I've been thinking about that one for a while...:biggrin:



Whatever the case my next Ohio State jersey will be Brewsters!

Is it smart to project Brewster as #50 next season? Assuming Vern Gholston goes pro, and Brewster currently wears #79 (Jon Skinner) for Edgewater, I think I saw that he will wear #50 in the AAA Game? You there Brew? :wink2: I think some folks want to buy your future jersey early.....

I just read the whole thread and wanted to say that this guy is like Joe Montgomery and Mike Doss rolled into a bigger pakage. I honestly almost cried when he was talking about his recruitment process, and the night he comitted. tOSU's coaches are on FIRE right now. Mike if you're reading this, keep up the good work! You've got one more future buckeye to get!

Gholston doesn't have to go pro early for Brew to wear #50, seeing as they won't be on the field at the same time.
