Ahem...

Rivals $

2/1

From the Tennessee site...says he is down to OSU and Tennessee and has eliminated Miami...says he will take until Wednesday to decide.

Scout $ (6 PM)

2/1

By Bakas...says Miami is still in it...says he will make his choice known on Monday.

No clue what order these interviews were done in but there is one constant...OSU.

The Tennessee one is taking Hall's word from when he was there (already quoted here I believe). Since then he has returned home and talked to Kurelic (not sure if he talked directly to the Scout guys or if they are piggybacking on Kurelic's article). Kurelic stated the decision will come tomorrow, and the top two are Miami and OSU. Kurelic posted it at 5:49 PM.

No need to try and figure this one out...every article came out around 5-6 PM and every one includes at least one quote from Hall...

As I've said, couldn't be less worried...

True, but the Rival's article is based on a quote while Hall was still at Tennessee. Kurelic and Scout are based on what Hall said once he got home. So even though the articles may have come out about the same time, the Rivals one is based on older quotes.

Not really worried. Just trying to straighten things out.

Would anyone be shocked if Hall had a new top two of OSU and Tennessee some time today?

gambino216, who has the goods big-time on Glenville kids, states that Marcus has committed to THE Ohio State University...

We'll wait for article confirmation before we change the thread, but this info is as close to the situation as any out there...

I have been following Gabino's posts over there and you can tell he is connected with Glenville. This sounds very legit.

Hall to announce at 1 p.m.

Offensive lineman Marcus Hall from Glenville High School in Cleveland, Ohio, will announce his college decision at his school at 1 p.m. today (Monday).

Hall said he will choose among Tennessee, Ohio State and Miami.

Hall took an official visit to UT this past weekend and came away impressed with the Vols coaching staff.

"That coaching staff is incredible," Hall told the News Sentinel. "The amount of players going to the NFL from there will probably go way up. I know that for a fact.

"That's because of the atmosphere Coach Kiffin and coach (Ed Orgeron) is creating around there. They're really going to change that place."

Many have thought Ohio State to be the leader for Hall.

In fact, Hall showed little interest in UT until his teammate, cornerback Mike Edwards, committed to the Vols on Jan. 25.

"He told me he liked it a lot," Hall said of Edwards. "That really showed me something. That's what really got me interested."
