I watched the court appearance and it seemed like Shamansky said to the judge (whispered it really) that Kirk Barton dissolved his marriage.

I don't know if this protects his assets from the civil suit, but it might.

I hardly post anymore unless it's something I really have to make my opinion known. To that, fuck Kirk Barton...fully. I used to watch his podcast quite a lot, and I saw one broadcast where he was absolutely shitfaced. When I saw that one, I was really surprised but thought it was a one-off sort of thing. Then he kills someone during his third OVI with a BAC of 0.24%. He should serve a minimum of 20 years in prison, with no chance at parole...and then when he gets out he should be banned for life from getting a driver's license.
