Needs to be on the field. The guy starting in front of him was our 13th best blocker on a 5 man line.

Padilla rotated in at right guard for the second game in a row and played just 18 fewer snaps than Tshabola, who’s started every game at RG dating back to the start of last season but continues to face competition for his job as he’s struggled with penalties and been inconsistent as a blocker.

Says a lot coming from LeCharles. Padiila's strength seems to be consistency. Which, as we all know, registers very high in Day's priority list. Also has that wrestling background that we all love.

I just watch the replay after a sack or TFL and he's usually pretty easy to evaluate.
