Bummer that Cannon won't be in the lineup, as that could have shifted the match to bonus points. Either way this is a position I didn't expect to be in at the start of the year, and excited to see how we do. Hoping Bouzakis avoided an injury scare.

Birden instead of Kharch is definitely a surprise, but definitely want to give him the best shot at a Tourney run that we can. We're not winning this dual, but we can somewhat control how healthy we are walking into postseason by not wrestling any questionable guys in a dual that's over from the first whistle. Sounds defeatist, but it's realist and I want every last arrow in the quiver at B1G/NCAAs to at least give PSU a run in the tournament format. Imo we present more of a threat to PSU in a tourney format than a dual head on.

I'm definitely always going to defer to you wrestling guys but I watch everything OSU and I have hope until it's over.

This might be the closest thing to a sure loss, aside from having your linebacker try to cover the Heisman trophy winning WR until he drops, but I hope our boys stay hungry all the way through.

I was really impressed with the Mitchell Messinbrink piece on BTN though. That kid is an animal.

Unfortunately Ped State is just that good right now. The margin could be a little closer but the final outcome isn't remotely in doubt.
