Buckeyes ladies travelled to Arizona for a double header, today they faced #9 ranked Pepperdine.
Again a strong opponent, Pepperdine is loaded with ranked players and with lowered expectations because an indoor team OSU, will be transitioning to the outdoor conditions in a warm climate,
Final 6-1 in favor of the Bucks.
Tomorrow they will compete against #35 zona.
This team is on fire!
With an anchor at one, and depth throughout the lineup, just like the men's team, they will be fun to follow this Spring.

The official site has a preview of today's 6 pm match with Virginia at the varsty indoor center. Ladies have a 24 match home win streak on the line against an acc team 3-0 in conference play.
Lady Bucks are ranked #2 in this weeks ITA release. Francesca di Lorenza is the top ranked singles player in the NCAA and was awarded B1G athlete of the week again. It is amazing to see her other teammates rising in the rankings with 5 total now ranked and multiple OSU doubles teams earning respect.

The ladies are in Florida for a showdown of the top 2 ranked teams by the ITA.
Tuesday at 6:30 the Bucks will seek to upset #1 ranked Florida in a college game day match streamed live on espn3.
Gators are loaded, close to untouchable, and OSU will be challenged to move outdoors for the contest.

Lady Bucks host Wisconsin today 5pm in their first B1G conference match of the spring.
Preview on the Official site notes that all time OSU women's tennis record vs. Wisconsin is 14-31, but that OSU has won the last 11 straight. :nod:
Sunday they travel to Minnesota (all time 21-24) and OSu will be trying to extend a 12 match win streak.
