It appeared to me that MSU took the Buckeyes out of their game. Yeah, great that Jacy did her usual dance, Taylor stepped up in a big way, but I was still unsettled that MSU easily broke the vaunted press, and MSU made a point of stifling Cotie. Can't exactly put my finger on it, but something was just 'off'. Anything I say will probably be wrong, but anyone else notice something I apparently missed? PS, did like the hard-nosed play of a very good MSU team (both teams were 12-3, only tOSU had one more win in league), but one was ranked nationally and one was not. PS, miss the coach with the big, blond hair roaming the sidelines. Anyone know why she stepped down? Go Bucks!

That MSU team wad one of the highest scoring in the country I believe so not shocked that they were in it the whole way. I wish we could flip the Cotie switch obviously but it hasn't happened yet. Sophomore slump I guess.

Believe Caitlin is only a junior or maybe even a sophomore? not entirely certain, but am certain that she won't graduate....just slip off into the night to the WNBA. Also am certain that her 'join me in cheering me' histrionics won't be very welcome in the league. She's fun to watch, however.

First quarter TV time out and the Terps lead 7-5. Bucks taking a lot of threes with Maryland in zone and only shooting 20%.

She's currently playing her 4th season at Iowa.

Halfway through the 2nd TV time out: Terps beating the Bucks at the own game, steals and layups. But it's still close, 32-28 Terps.

Jacy and Cotie only have 2 points each.

Rough shooting, including 2 of 16 from downtown, for the Bucks in the first half. Making 9 of 10 from the FT line helps.

Maryland leads 39-37 at the break.
