The Eleven Warriors Web Report comes to you weekly from the Spectrum Sports studios in downtown Columbus, featuring our own Beau Bishop and Dan Hope along with former Buckeye linebacker Joshua Perry.

With Brett Hiltbrand pinch-hitting for Beau this week, our panel looked ahead to Saturday's big game in Dallas, where the Buckeyes are expected to face their first real test of the season in an ABC primetime game against TCU.

"I think the offense is playing at a really high level, so I'd like to see them continue that," Perry said. "Defensively, I'd like to see them toughen up there in the middle of the defense with the linebackers – I think they took a step, but we need to see that next step – but honestly, I think there's going to be a critical point here for our special teams to make a play. A punt return for a touchdown, a blocked punt, a kickoff return, something where you're creating a change-of-momentum play, a play where you put your offense in a great position or you put your defense in a position to make a big play, too."

WATCH: Buckeye Players Preview Showdown With TCU

For the second time in nine months, the Ohio State football team is headed down to Texas.

It marks another homecoming for six Lone Star natives on the Buckeye roster, following the 2017 Cotton Bowl win over USC.

The No. 4 Buckeyes will face No. 15 TCU Saturday night at AT&T Stadium.

Tuesday evening, running back J.K. Dobbins, cornerback Jeff Okudah, linebacker Baron Browning, and offensive lineman Demetrius Knox met with the media to preview the game.

They discussed Ohio State’s hot start, the threat posed by TCU’s explosive offense, and the Horned Frogs’ stout defense.

Dobbins also broke down his recent trip to take the offensive linemen out for lunch to thank them for clearing the way for him on the ground.

TCU’s Shawn Robinson will need to do a little bit of everything against Ohio State

Passing, running, and being a field general will keep the Horned Frogs in the game versus the Buckeyes.

In the first two weeks of the season, the Ohio State Buckeyes defense progressed. After giving up 31 points to Oregon State, the vaunted Buckeye line held Rutgers to just three points. In both games, opposing backup QBs had to be brought into the game after the starters were knocked out by the Buckeye pass rush. Before the injuries, each starter faced some serious pressure at the line of scrimmage, notably from the duo of Nick Bosa and Chase Young.

For the TCU Horned Frogs, protecting the QB isn’t enough against OSU. Their signal-caller, sophomore Shawn Robinson, will need to successfully wear many hats on Saturday night if he wants to lead his team to an upset win at AT&T Stadium in front of a national television audience.

Since coming to the Fort Worth program last season, Robinson has hit the ground running, figuratively and literally. The Gatorade Texas Player of the Year in 2016 arrived to Gary Patterson’s team as the No. 2 dual-threat QB in Texas and seventh in the nation, according to 247sports. When then-starting QB Kenny Hill was sidelined with a concussion last season against Texas Tech, Robinson made his first career start. A true freshman at the time, he secured a 24-3 win against the Red Raiders, and became the first freshman to start at QB for the Frogs during the Patterson era.

I hope Schiano respects Robinson; a group of linebackers wherein the lack of fundamentals are pronounced — being blindsided by an explosively mobile quarterback is warranted reason for concern. The defensive line isn’t going to constantly produce a pressure or hurry every passing down against this level of competition — at least not by itself.

I find those 24-point win predictions or even 17 to be dismissive of the opponent and arrogant, imo.

Not one to be vocal of strong opinions but I sincerely like Schiano, but I have significant criticisms of him and I’m hoping he can lead a group on the road to a good performance.

Personally, I'm not ready to be confident in them. I'm still picturing an athletic QB getting them lost on misdirection and either running free himself or opening up options for TE/WRs across the middle. Fully expecting the D to give up 21-24, probably on a few big plays.

Fortunately, while the Ohio State offense will face its toughest test, I don't see why they shouldn't put up 38-42 themselves. Just imo.
